Hiring changes to be paid in advance.
Deposits will not be refunded if order is cancelled.
In the event of loss, damage or breakage of goods, the hiree will be held responsible for its full value in cash.
Deposit on hire goods shall be refunded when goods are returned in good order and condition.
Charges are made per day basis.
All utensils must be washed before returning or will be charged for.
All goods must be checked before they are signed for as no claims will be recognized thereafter.
Articles hire will only be delivered as far as road motor transport is available.
And dismantling of marquee, and for the period hired by you.
Goods delivered by us to you remain your responsibility until collected.
Claims for alleged short receipt of hire goods will be considered only if made within two hours of delivery or collection on such goods.
The hiree shall, if he deems necessary insure goods for period from delivery to collection.
The hiree hereby irrevocably indemnifies the owner against claims arising from damages as corporation water pipe, sewage cables.
PAYMENT: All transactions will be strictly cash. Only by prior arrangement will the the customer be invoiced. price subject to change withiut notice eg. vat and fuel price increases.
RESPONSIBILITY: Definitely no fire, braai, etc inside the marquee please.During the hire period the hirer shall:
be solely responsible for keeping all hired goods and/or equipment properly erected and/or in good condition.
be solely responsible for all loss and damage to hire goods, fair wear and tear accepted. The hirer is therefore advised t0 insure all goods. For insurance purposes the replacement value to all goods will be supplied on request. It is agreed that the amount payable to owner in respect to lost/damaged goods shall be the actual cost of the replacement to such hired goods and/or the cost shall be the such damaged goods. The amount be paid in full to hirer.
Collecting customers: IDENTITY DOCUMENTS AND PROOF OF RESIDENCE must be produced before goods are dispatched.
